a little japanese brunch spot that has my heart 🥹🍵🤎

finally tried @hinatacafe ’s winter menu!!! we got the hinata brunch set + oden set, which was literally made for a cold winter day ☁️🍢

also tried their mont blanc foam + obviouslyyy my usual hojicha latte because apparently i’m incapable of ordering anything else hehe 🤎

and for dessert… matcha cheesecake + imo kuri parfait 🍵🍠🌰 the parfait was SOOO GOOD 😭 might actually be my favourite thing we ordered

cute, cosy, home-style japanese food + sweets… basically all my favourite things in one little cafe 🥹🎀

winter nights are better at the @canningvaleweekendmarkets ❄️🤍

if you’re looking for something to do this weekend, this is definitely worth checking out! you’ll find heaps of food trucks, dessert stalls and local businesses all in one spot.

✨ my tip: go right when it opens at 5pm if you want the best chance of getting a car park and avoiding the crowds. honestly though, this year’s crowd wasn’t too crazy, so it was a pretty comfortable experience.

okay… cafe yoka is officially on my favourites list. 🤍

i tried their new brunch menu and everything was so good. the carbonara udon was my favourite! so light, creamy and packed with flavour without feeling too heavy. the mushroom congee was honestly incredible too. the aroma, the texture and the flavours all came together perfectly. 🍄✨

and don’t skip the drinks! the ube matcha was so refreshing and paired perfectly with brunch.

this isn’t an ad, just my genuine opinion. i’d happily come back again and would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a new brunch spot.

✨ one of perth’s most magical experiences 🪄

the harry potter forbidden forest experience was honestly a 10/10. from the shuttle bus arrangements to the friendly staff, everything was so well organised and made the experience even more enjoyable. 🦉🌙

if you’re a harry potter fan, this is definitely one to add to your bucket list.

So… was it worth the hype? 👀🍜

the noodles were a little disappointing for me because i was expecting them to be more firm and chewy, but the broth was actually pretty decent. super rich, flavourful and honestly the kind of thing that hits differently during cold perth weather HAHA

i can definitely see myself coming back just for the soup alone on a rainy day. also kinda love that they do free noodle refills 😭 not like i’m even gonna refill because the portion is already HUGE but i still love the concept HAHA 🍜

overall i still think it’s worth trying at least once if you’ve been seeing it all over your feed 👀

went to Artem Coffee for brunch and i’m not even kidding i had to come back a second time 🤍✨

their kinako dream (jasmine green tea) is actually insane!! the jasmine is so strong in the best way, super fragrant and just hits different 🍵💭

also highly recommend their miso mushrooms, the combo with the bread is so so good… i usually wouldn’t go for a brunch that comes with bread but this one is an exception 🥹🍄

not in this video but their rose crab udon is a must try too, i went back just for that. creamy truffle udon is good but if i had to choose, i’d go rose crab every time (i’m a crab girl 🤭🦀)

one of the best brunch spots in perth!! we waited 30 mins for a table, but honestly… worth it 🥹😋

the hojicha drinks were a standout so smooth, rich and not overly sweet. definitely one of the best i’ve had in perth 🤍 and i already know i’ll be back for the pancakes & chilli sausage shakshuka…

if you’re planning a slow brunch date or just want something that’s actually worth the wait, this one’s it.

Went to Seoul Hoppers and it was so good 🤍 It’s Korean tapas-style dining — definitely better if you go with a group of friends so you can try more dishes!

for me the highlight has to be the 18hr sous vide galbi… 10/10, literally melts in your mouth!! it’s definitely a dish you cannot miss!! 😋

i got influenced… so are perth’s viral salmon noodles actually worth it? 🍜👀✨

⚠️ it’s a seasonal special and not on the menu, so you actually have to let the counter know to order it!! 👀✨

okay first impressions the salmon is fresh and overall the flavour is really nice… i’d give it a solid 8/10 💅🏻 BUT (and this is just my personal take), it’s missing that one element to really elevate it… like a yuzu, citrusy, refreshing kick 🍋🌿 to balance everything out. i feel like a light yuzu topping or dressing would’ve made it chef’s kiss 🤌🏻✨ still, overall i genuinely enjoyed it.

also tried their salmon tartare sooo good 👀✨ fresh, well-balanced, and definitely worth ordering too now let’s talk about the dessert… 10/10 NO NOTES 🍓🍨💖 the Kohaku matcha parfait?? actually so good!! you guys have to order it. so creamy, refreshing, and just hits different ✨
