As someone who’s been on both sides—venue manager and florist—I’ve seen what works (and what gets missed). Here are 5 tips I always share with my brides:

1️⃣ Book Early – 8–12 months out is ideal, especially for busy seasons.
2️⃣ Be Honest About Budget – We can help you stretch it if we know what it is!
3️⃣ Bring Inspiration, Not Expectations – Show us what you love, then let us tailor it to your venue, season, and budget.
4️⃣ Ask About Set-Up + Breakdown – Not all florists include this. Make sure you know who’s handling what.
5️⃣ Trust Your Gut – Your florist should feel like a creative partner, not just a vendor.
