Cardigan deserved the song of the year Grammy and I’ll die on that hill.

Also, slightly related, I miss the Eras Tour 🫶🏼 taken in Anfield Stadium, Liverpool by @petalsonparchment

“But Sarah’s still part of this mess—whether we like it or not. Whether she’s warm and charming or an absolute cow. She’s sharp where Mary’s soft. A storm in our quiet. But she does care. Even if she shows it like she’s handing you a dagger.”

When designing Sarah Beckett for The Prophet’s Fable series I leaned heavily on three characters to influence her design and style: Diana Barry (AWAE), Santana Lopez (Glee) and Margaery Tyrell (GOT).
.
.
.
It was important to me that Sarah had social intelligence and the ability to use her influence entirely to her own advantage. She is the most privileged and sharp-tongued girl who feels the weight of expectations pressuring her from her family—and how that impacts her friendships and relationships.

She’s a black swan, a calculated people-watcher, and someone who would absolutely stab you in the back. by @petalsonparchment

Finished Titan’s curse!!! Probably my favourite so far of the series. I also for some reason always assumed Nico had his own books from the posts I’d seen on tumblr through the years? Unless he’s introduced in PJO and then gets his own series?

1. I cannot believe how long Annabeth held the world on her shoulders!!!

2. Zoe Nightshade is the loss of my life and my favourite character so far

3. Percy deserves God status already like who tf is letting these old ass gods start wars that their children have to finish??

4. I kinda sympathise with Luke. I understand morals of good and evil in books are meant to be grey lined, but I vote they nix all the elder gods (including Kronos) and the Demi gods take over. by @petalsonparchment

Finished this book last week too!

Side characters carried me through the first half until I finally warmed up to Violet the FMC (Liam and Andarna became my favourites).

And then…well…you know…

RIP Liam. 😭

Thanks for the emotional trauma of killing off my fav, Rebecca Yarros. I may never forgive you. by @petalsonparchment
