I want to thank everyone that came out last night to celebrate my birthday.

I honestly really don’t care about my birthday, but it’s just a good reason for me to invite my friends out to party and have a great time together so thank you for coming🙏

Also want to thank my Sistar Fern for the Balloons & Cake, My sistars Mari & Emily & Nana for the Cakes and my Korean bro Jin for buying some of the expensive bottle’s 🙏 by @peter.kimchi

This is my short life story of how I grew up poor, made my first million at the age of 21 and bought my dream car.

My parents immigrated from Korea and worked factory jobs in Canada. I was born in Canada and my father passed away at a very young age.

My single mom was left to support me, my younger brother and younger sister.

She ran a Dry Cleaners and it wasn’t an easy life
I grew up poor, sometimes without even meat to eat. My mom couldn’t buy new clothing all the time so I would wear second hand clothing and used shoes. My shoes had holes in them but I had nothing else to wear

My first goal in life was to retire my mother.

I ended up working 6 jobs in high school but eventually learned that JOB = Just Over Broke!

I eventually read over 100 books on financial intelligence and went to many seminars on self improvement.

I decided to start my first Internet company at the age of 20 years old and made my first million within a year.

I had to work super hard, long and smart to be successful at a young age. Need to do ALL 3!

A few years later, I was able to retire my mother.
I eventually moved to California and started more businesses there and in Las Vegas. The Mc Laren was my dream car at the time so l feel blessed to have been able to achieve my goals and buy it.

I have had many ups and downs in my life, but have always had a passion for traveling, which is why I started this travel channel.

Traveling is my passion and l’ve been to 100+ countries.

I hope my story and travels help inspire others to live life to the fullest.

Conceive, Believe, Achieve!

I think that life is about giving, receiving and doing what you love.

I’m filled with gratitude to God each day that I live and thank him for all my blessings by @peter.kimchi

Regent Phu Quoc might have completely changed my definition of a luxury resort. 🇻🇳✨

And apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so — Travel + Leisure ranked Regent Phu Quoc the #1 Resort in Southeast Asia for 2026. 🏆

From the moment I arrived, the service was on another level. The staff remembered my name, the suites and villas were incredible, and the entire resort felt effortlessly luxurious.

One of my favorite experiences was the Regent Club: breakfast, lunch, evening dining, champagne, wine tastings and drinks throughout the day — plus some seriously memorable food like Wagyu pho with black truffle. 🥂🍜

⚠️ Important: Regent Club access is NOT included with every room type, so make sure you check exactly what your reservation includes before booking.

And the craziest part? I used IHG points for 3 nights and got my 4th night FREE with my IHG credit card. 😎

Luxury travel doesn’t always have to mean paying luxury prices. ✈️🌴

KK talks about the history of Speak Easy Bars and goes to Bar Jade at the Regent in Phu Quoc.

In 1920, America entered Prohibition—a nationwide experiment that banned alcohol. The 18th Amendment banned the manufacture, sale and transportation of intoxicating alcohol for drinking

The surprising detail? The amendment didn’t actually ban the act of drinking itself. But legally producing and selling your favourite tipple? That was another story. 🥃

America’s thirst didn’t disappear. Instead, the business went underground.

Illegal bars called speakeasies flourished, giving people places to drink away from the authorities. Bootleggers supplied the alcohol, organized crime profited, and enforcing the ban became a constant game of cat and mouse. By 1925, estimates put New York City’s speakeasy count in the tens of thousands. 👀
What was supposed to shut down the drinking scene helped create one of nightlife’s most legendary eras.
In 1933, the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th, ending national Prohibition. But the allure of a tucked-away bar and a little secrecy never disappeared.
That brings me to Jade, the speakeasy at Regent Phu Quoc in Vietnam—my own little taste of that secret-bar atmosphere, with a decidedly luxurious twist while drinking a very special Clase Azul, Cheers! ✨🇻🇳

Bali just got a NEW beach club 🌴🔥

I got invited to the exclusive pre-launch of Zumana Beach Club in Kuta, Bali — and this place is massive.

Beachfront pools, sunset views, DJs and a completely different atmosphere once the sun goes down.

But the real question…

Zumana, Finns or Savaya? 👀
