140kg/308lbs for 9 reps on the ol' bench press. Getting closer to 10. Adding reps is hard now. Extra rep for my birthday!

T-shirt a bit small maybe?

My deadlift increased again. 235kg or 517lbs and a bit easier than 230kg/506 was. Pretty funny.

Went to gym on honeymoon. Tried a bench PR for lols.

Got 162.5kg / 357lbs.

Big lols. +2.5kg hehe.

Hadn’t trained for a bit went I hit this, so I was chuffed. Plus I didn’t use a cheating program like Smolov Jr. Yey!

Music time. Wanna get better at the ol’ big ass, epic drops, for sure. This comes at the end of an experimental song I submitted for an assignment. Trying to get better at creating and then letting go and moving on.

Enjoy my kitty, too.
