Hello everyone, family, friends, followers and anyone who checks out my accounts!
I just wanted to post this UPDATE today, on the first day of summer 2025/26 after a period of non activity, just to let everyone know (who cares!?!), that I’ve decided to stop using, contributing, following or consuming ALL social media.

I have decided to stop using Meta associated apps especially, including Facebook and Instagram (and obviously any other social media that I’m not even on) and will be slowly deactivating my accounts over the next few months, and then finally getting rid of my accounts at the start of 2026.
If you’re wondering WHY…????
Well, it had mostly got to do with the rise of AI and
how BAD social media has become, for all of us, collectively.
AND for our individual and collective mental health and wellbeing.

If anyone wants to get in contact with me, in the real world,
you’re more than welcome to do so…
And you can contact me directly on my mobile,
send me a text message or an SMS, or give me a call.
If you do not currently have my number then please feel free to send me a DM on Facebook or Instagram before I deactivate my accounts, and I will more than happily swap phone numbers with you, “just like the old days!”

Anyway, 顺其自然 shùn qí zì rán “let nature take its course” by @peter_the_amator

HH CLASS 0035 @ the 2025 Spartan Moreton Bay Trifecta Weekend at #Woodfordia 💪

A massive AROO and so very grateful and a huge congratulations to all my fellow #StormChasers of the HH Class 0035 last SAT night at #Woodfordia!

Great to be joined by bunch of new people, “being lead by the old guard” (which may include me, but probably means @mick.butera lol 🤣) — I was also very impressed by everyone involved. Such a good vibe with hard work, GRIT and resurgence that was next level!

Thanks from me to all the Krypteia & leaders including @wise_old_bull @onemarkm @run.bake.mum @mi55_fit @spartanraceau @spartanendurance.au.nz.fiji @invictusaustralia #TeamVeteran @spartan_teamveteran
