In collaboration with the Brock family and Supercars, renowned artist David Bromley has released a unique collection honouring the great Peter Brock.

Immortalised in the artworks is Brock himself during various eras of his career to some of his famous cars from the VK Big Banger, VN Commodore and a variety of Toranas.

One of the originals, titled ‘King of the Mountain’ and featuring Brock in front of Mount Panorama, will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

The Bromley x Brock x Supercars collaboration will be on show at the Brock Experience, a key part of the Bathurst 1000 activation this year.

“I am delighted and honoured to launch this collection and appropriately pay tribute to both a motorsport legend and an Australian icon,” Bromley said.

Brock’s daughter Alexandra welcomed the collaboration between the family and Bromley.

“David’s artwork captures dad’s life in unique, rich detail, and we couldn’t be happier to be part of the collection that we know aficionados will savour,” she said.

“I’m so happy that such a talented artist has been chosen to depict my father and his colourful career, these works really capture a sense of his spirit and the place he held in this sport.”

Supercars acting CEO Barclay Nettlefold added: “The Repco Bathurst 1000 is where Peter Brock’s connection with generations of fans was established, making it the ideal place to showcase this collection.

“It is a privilege for Supercars to collaborate with David and the Brock family on a project that will give fans a new way to connect with the King of the Mountain and his impact on Australian motorsport.

“These works need to be seen in person to be properly appreciated, and we look forward to putting them on show at part of the Brock Experience next week in Bathurst.”
