The CEOs have entered the HYROX stadium and Fitstop is setting the pace. Last weekend, Fitstop founders Pete and Bec Hull were invited to HYROX Phoenix for an Industry CEO & Executive event, hosted alongside the first HYROX  ever held inside an NFL stadium. What stood out most was not just the scale of the event, but the alignment. TEXAS 🤠 | September 19th, 2026 A milestone that meant so much to so many. For the past two years we’ve been developing and refining our US brand and systems, and they’ve led us to an even more scalable business. @_vic_htx had a clear vision for bringing Fitstop to Texas: commit to 4 territories and build a superstar team ready to scale. Early in our franchise journey, someone told me that if you nail the pre-launch systems, the biggest compliment you can get is an owner turning to you on opening day and asking, “When can we open the next one?” I’m so proud we delivered that for our first Texas studio: ✅ Sold-out foundation memberships ✅ Build-out and total investment under budget ✅ Lease signing to opening in just 4 months One of the most rewarding days of my journey as a founder, and one that will stay with me forever. What was just a vision this time last year is about to come to life in a big way. After 9 years in the Fitstop business it’s safe to say @coire_alexander knows a thing or two about operating a high performing fitness business. When I asked him the number 1 reason his response had nothing to do with a sales process or a marketing plan…. Do you and your team genuinely care about changing lives, are they in it for the right reasons! Outside of that you need to have a program that actually promotes progress and periodisation to allow a member to actually achieve results. Two weeks until we open our first FITSTOP in Texas. Being on the ground for this has been such a ride meeting people, learning the market, figuring out what it actually takes to bring FITSTOP somewhere brand new. When it becomes more than a workout… the magic happens. This took me straight back to the early activations in Australia before the brand, before the masses knew who we were.
