In the ancient texts of the Nag Hammadi library, discovered in 1945 near the Egyptian town of Nag Hammadi, the pleroma is described as the fullness; the complete, unbroken realm of origin.

These writings explain that before any fracture, before any fall, there existed a perfect world of wholeness, where the Aeons (Mind, Truth, Life, Wisdom, and others) moved in harmony with the Invisible Spirit, also called the Monad.

Texts like the Apocryphon of John and the Gospel of Truth describe how consciousness originally lived in this fullness, untouched by lack, distortion, or separation.

They also describe how a portion of that consciousness — through the story of Sophia — slipped from the pleroma, creating the lower, deficient realm we experience as the material world.

In these ancient texts, the pleroma is the place of origin — the fullness the soul once knew before the world fractured. #wakingupwithpeter

In Gnostic teaching; especially in writings like the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Philip, and the Hymn of the Pearl; the pneuma is the divine spark, the part of you that did not originate in the material world.

It is described as a fragment of the Pleroma, the higher realm, placed within the human before the world began shaping your identity.

The body belongs to matter, the psyche belongs to conditioning, but the pneuma is the origin: the remembering force, the knowing force, the part of you that recognizes truth the moment it encounters it.

Over time, real‑life experiences create layers of distraction that pull you away from this origin.

You are not what the world taught you to be. You are the pneuma; the piece of the infinite that remains untouched by the roles, labels, and stories placed on you. #wakingupwithpeter

A spiritual awakening isn’t about religion — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise. It’s the moment your inner world shifts, your intuition sharpens, and you begin to see life with new clarity. Awakening is a gentle unraveling of old patterns and a rising into deeper truth, alignment, and self‑connection. It’s the soul’s way of guiding you back home to yourself. by @peterla19

The ancients left quiet hints that reality wasn’t as solid as it seemed — Indra’s Net reflecting itself, Hermetic mirrors pointing to hidden realms, Egyptians calling the sky a veil, Taoists saying the world was only an echo of the Way. Early Christian mystics added that creation was a shadow of a truer light. Different traditions, same intuition: the world might be thinner than it looks.

Modern physics gives shape to those old whispers. Susskind’s holographic principle suggests the world may rise from information on a distant boundary. Maldacena showed a higher realm can be written on a lower surface. Rovelli’s relational physics says things exist only through interaction. The mystics spoke in symbols; the physicists speak in equations — yet both describe a world behaving like a projection.

When a soul passes, ancient tradition holds that the Moon becomes the threshold that decides whether it rises or returns — a quiet gate of light shaping the path of reincarnation. Egyptians called it a passage, Greek initiates linked it to transition, Tibetan texts described moonlike portals, and Gnostics said it filters what the soul carries forward. Early Christian mystics spoke of ascent through layers of light.

Many traditions claimed the world responds to the inner state — Hermetic mirrors shaped by mind, Taoist worlds shaped by perception, Gnostic realms shaped by inner knowing, Egyptian scenes shaped by the heart’s truth. Even Jesus taught that to the pure, all things are pure. Today, simulation theorists echo this with models where consciousness helps render the world we see.

Gnosis — quiet clarity — shaped the path in many traditions. Gnostics said the next realm unfolds according to understanding. Taoists said the Way reveals itself through stillness. Egyptians believed the heart guides the soul. Early Christian mystics said the kingdom is revealed to those with eyes to see. Modern relational physics mirrors this softly: what comes next depends on the information you carry.

To manifest, step into the stillness that opens like a doorway — the same primordial silence spoken of in the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras, and the Tao Te Ching, where creation begins only when the body becomes as unmoving as the early world before form.

Let your breath steady the world, frame by frame, the way ancient sages taught: that the first act of power is to quiet the inner winds so consciousness can gather itself like a rising dawn.

Watch your new reality rise before you like a scene finding its light — echoing the Hermetic truth that all worlds begin as images held in the unseen, the mind shaping matter the way the gods shaped the first horizon.

Hold one detail inside that scene, the kind that pulls the whole moment into focus — the technique found in Taoist inner alchemy and Tantric fire practice, where a single sensation becomes the spark that turns imagination into living energy.

Let its feeling move through your body, slow and luminous, forming the imprint the Yoga Sutras call saṃskāra, the ancient groove carved into the mind until it becomes a path the world itself begins to follow.

Return gently to the present moment, as the Upanishads and Taoist texts describe — the re‑entry where the vision is carried back into the body, becoming a seed that alters perception and quietly rearranges reality.

Repeat this until the inner scene feels real — the Hermetic threshold where the image becomes so consistent, so unwavering, that the outer world begins bending toward it like iron toward a magnet. #wakingupwithpeter

Can breathing affect your reality? Ancient mystics used breathing to alter the world around them.

In India’s Upanishads, shaped between 1000 and 200 BCE, breath was prāṇa — the subtle force that steadied perception so intention could take form.

In the Yoga Sutras, gathered in the early centuries CE, breath cleared the inner field where manifestation begins.

China’s Tao Te Ching, formed in the 4th to 3rd century BCE, called breath the soft returning — the clarity needed for reality to respond.

Egypt’s Book of the Dead, carried from 1550 to 50 BCE, treated breath as a guide between worlds, the force that steadied the spirit so creation could unfold.

When you calm your nerves, your body stops scanning for threat. When threat drops, your mind stops defending. When defense stops, your intention finally has space to land.

Manifestation needs that space — the quiet field beneath thought. So keep it simple: breathe until your body settles, then visualize the moment you want from inside it — the light, the posture, the tone of the room, the way your breath feels in that reality.

Let your nervous system study it. Anchor it with one small sensation, like a slow inhale or a hand over the chest, so your body begins to recognize the reality you’re calling in. Breath to create your reality. #wakingupwithpeter

Darkness doesn’t threaten you; it studies you. It watches the way you move through silence, the way you carry storms without letting them spill.

It recognizes the old power in your stride, the kind forged in lifetimes you barely remember.

It remembers the shadows you’ve outgrown, the scars you’ve turned into direction, the names you’ve buried and resurrected.

It respects the quiet authority in your presence, the way you walk like someone who has already survived the worst and learned to speak its language.

Shadows part when you arrive, not out of fear, but out of recognition—an ancient acknowledgment that you are not here to be tested, but to be witnessed.

They know your return is not accidental. They know your fire is not borrowed. They know your path is older than the room you’re standing in.

And so they move aside when you walk.
Just like they should. #wakingupwithpeter

When a baby is born, the soul begins to forget where it came from. The soul carries the separation, the story, the identity, and every trace of forgetting.

Gnostic writings describe this forgetting as the central human condition; the Gospel of Truth, discovered in the Nag Hammadi library, says forgetfulness began when the soul lost knowledge of its divine source and entered a world shaped by error and fear.

Early Catholic mystics taught the same pattern: the soul comes from God, enters the world in a state of forgetting, and spends life remembering through grace.

Indian texts like the Upanishads say the soul (Ātman) descends into the world and forgets its true nature, and spiritual practice is the return to the Self it once knew.

Egyptian wisdom literature — from the Book of the Dead to the teachings of Ptahhotep — describes the world as a realm of illusion where the soul must remember its divine origin to move toward truth.

And the Tao Te Ching teaches that beings begin in perfect harmony with the Tao, but lose that natural knowing as they enter the world of names, roles, and identity.

Across these traditions, the message is the same: the world is the realm of forgetting, and the soul’s task; across a lifetime; is to remember the place it came from. #wakingupwithpeter

Ascending from 3D to 5D isn’t about leaving the physical world; it’s about outgrowing the level of consciousness that keeps you trapped in it.

In 3D, life feels dense because everything is filtered through fear, survival, and external validation.

You navigate the world by reacting to circumstances, defending yourself from imagined threats, and trying to earn a sense of worth from people who are just as lost as you.

3D is the dimension where your nervous system is trained to brace for impact, where your identity is shaped by what you’ve been told, and where your choices are made from habit instead of awareness.

But 5D is a completely different operating system. In 5D, your inner world becomes the source of your reality instead of a response to it.

You make decisions from intuition instead of fear, you feel guided instead of pressured, and your future self becomes louder than your past.

5D is the dimension where you stop being controlled by the world and start co‑creating with it; where alignment replaces anxiety, clarity replaces confusion, and your awareness finally remembers the dimension it came from. #wakingupwithpeter

I’ve had a very challenging few weeks, and at one point it made me feel a bit lonely. But the moment I quieted my mind, I felt myself reconnect with my future self and with the world around me.

The loneliness dissolved, and what rose in its place was the opposite ; the realization that I was never truly alone.

If I fall right now, no one is catching me, and the moment you realize you’re carrying yourself becomes its own quiet turning point.

And when you finally see it clearly, it feels like exhaustion mixed with clarity, a truth that strips away every illusion you’ve been holding.

You awaken when you see you were never alone, held by something larger than you ever noticed.

Stillness dissolves the illusion of being alone, revealing a connection to the universal consciousness that’s been whispering beneath every breath taken in Los Angeles, California by @peterla19

Your future self sends signals disguised as calm, slipping into your awareness in the quiet moments when everything else settles.

It moves through you like a gentle ripple, guiding without force and nudging you toward choices that feel strangely familiar. It knows the terrain ahead… the turns, the openings, the breakthroughs and leaves markers in your intuition, flashes of direction that arrive before you can explain them.

It waits for you to trust those subtle inner cues, the ones that never come from fear but from recognition.

And when you finally align with that version of you, time folds, and everything you once chased begins moving toward you with a clarity that feels inevitable. taken in Los Angeles, California by @peterla19
