It was truly an honor to have Bill Pappas stop by the shop—one of the old-timers and legends in the roast beef business. Bill was the owner of The Full of Bull, and he even asked me if I had a job opening for him! 😜

What a great guy!

Maybe when I get older, I’ll do the same thing and go over to Harry at Bella’s to see if he has a job waiting for me. 😉😂 taken in Pete's Roast Beef Woburn by @petesroastbeef

What a great time and what a great event! 👏

But honestly… after what I witnessed today, I’m officially retiring from roast beef for at least a week. 🥩😂

I’ve seen enough roast beef today to last me a lifetime. At this point, if someone even says “beef,” I’m walking away. 🤣

Great event, great people, great laughs… but my relationship with roast beef is currently complicatedc. 😂 by @petesroastbeef

This Monday, September 7th, our employees have gone on strike! 😜 They’re protesting for higher wages and better working conditions, so unfortunately, we’ll be closed this Monday.

So please, don’t make too many demands… we’re already leaving our customers hungry and ourselves broke! 😂😜

What is worth trying in different places? Yes, Greek pizza is delicious and the salad is plentiful. by @petesroastbeef

Came back from a great vacation and apparently everyone was waiting for me! 😂
They said, “We’ve had enough of the other places… we need the real deal back!” 😜🥩

We are pleased to announce our reopening on Monday, August 10th. We look forward to seeing you. by @petesroastbeef

Had my first Greek beef yesterday and what better place to do it than the reigning champ @petesroastbeef. Housemade Greek dressing, onion, lettuce, feta, tomato. Does it beat the classic? Maybe not (definitely not) but it’s still one of the best sandwiches you can get in Mass.

I am truly honored and humbled to be recognized by the City of Woburn and to be featured on the front page of the Daily Times Chronicle.

My sincere thanks to the Mayor, the City Council, and the entire Woburn community for this incredible recognition. As someone who came to America with a dream, moments like this remind me that hard work, perseverance, and the support of a great community can make anything possible.

This recognition is not just for me—it belongs to my family, my amazing team, and every customer who has supported Pete’s Roast Beef over the years. Your trust and loyalty have made this journey possible. by @petesroastbeef
