And NO, don't ask me if I'm ok or not. I am. I just like the audio narration as it's such a good reminder to reach out to people we know or sense may be going through something.

A close friend recently said to me, why am I always able to laugh and smile even if there are days I am faced with challenges?

I said to him... It's not that I don't have bad days, it's just that I simply cannot exert and waste energy on feeling crap about those bad days. I just have to keep moving forward and figure it out as I go. I let myself react to it, then take the lesson from it and just put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward. Bottom line is... I am grateful to even be here, let alone go through tough challenges that can be overcome.

This was more for my fellow brothers out there who are struggling with mental health and going through the motions. Just know, you are not alone and you are not powerless. It's just a hurdle. It may seem like it's impossible to overcome, but nothing that cannot be achieved.

Don't feel isolated because there are listeners out here, including myself. Take deep breaths, collect yourself and thoughts and open up and reach out. It could very well be the turning point to align you back with your life's purpose. Don't give up fellas. Grind through it and keep moving...

Peace and Love to the lads out there.
