Hello everyone!

Hope you are doing good and healthy...

I'm kinda ok... my ocd and depression... ups and downs...

Today kinda feel nostalgic... this macaron was made for a collab for last year...
Macarons used to make me feel so happy and good...
Now... I feel they don't...
I scroll through my feed and still can't believe I made, baked, painted all those macs... but I think the sparkle is gone...
Maybe it is my mood... feeling sad and empty... scared...

Sorry is not an uplifting post...

I just want to thank everyone who dm me... wrote me beautiful messages... thanks a lot... it means the world to me.

As you know... 2023 was tough... but I'm getting better... hoping for a healthy and joyful 2024.

Just wanna wish you a wonderful 2024!!! Hope all your wishes... dreams... projects... plans... come true!

Hello!! Is there someone out there?

1st of all... thanks for the dms... I'm so sorry i didn't respond then on time.

2nd... so sorry... sooo sorry i missed some birthday's of some amazing and beautiful ladies... soo sorry... i hope and wish you had a magnificent time.

Well... i just want to tell you why i was not posting... although it is predictable, right?
Yup... have not been well... my depression got worse... I've been through dark moments... dark thinking... not in the mood of talking to people..not even want to check the phone... i was so sad... i cried without any reason... feeling pain and my brain being like foggy.
I'm in psychiatrist treatment as you know... he added me more pills... and it seems that it is doing it's job. Although honestly not everything is bright and shiny... but I'm feeling better.

Uhm... baking? Not really... except for the coffee shop... i don't know why, but I'm avoiding it... (the photo I'm posting is an old one... indeed i have some more pictures of some macs before my mental break down)

Will i bake again and post? Honestly don't know... i really don't know.

Hope everyone is doing good... i can't promise you that i will be back soon... but for sure this is not a goodbye. by @petit.etoile21

Macarons a base de merengue francés y 100% harina de almedras. Relleno de ganache realizado con chocolate cobertura/real. Pintados a mano con pincel y pintura comestible.

SORRY...

I feel so sorry for everything... for not answering your comments... not being able to engage with your posts... not being able to bake for the collabs

I don't know what's wrong with me... i thought it was because i needed some time... but still...not feeling good... is a mixture of different emotions... emptiness, sadness, laziness, tiredness, lack of motivation... sometimes i just feel nothing at all... all i do i sit in my dining room and let time goes... and then i kinda feel guilty...

I started to do some exercises... multiple reasons... but mainly because it improves your mood...honestly not feeling a thing except of tiredness...

The doctor said: do things that makes you happy...
Lately i found it hard...

I have two collabs this week... i want to participate...i really do... hope i can bake something...

Back to basics...
Simple white mac shells made with italian meringue and filled with black sesame ganache.

I'm not a tea gal... but like the combo of matcha and black sesame...

Sorry I've been MIA... i just needed some time to calm my mind... although baking is my therapy... sometimes posting can be overwhelming...don't misunderstand me... i do enjoy it... but i needed to take a break...

Well... this is my contribution to #aVeryMushyCollab hosted by @my_caking_journey and @charrajf

I don't know if this could be considered as a macaron...the rectangle base is a brownie with dulce de leche... then the other pieces are mac shells. The lil mushrooms are transfers made with royal icing... the moss is made with wafer paper, i used the lace wafer paper recipe from the amazingly talented Jenny @cakeislovebyjenny by @petit.etoile21
