Moi végétarienne ? Impossible sauf à la @petite.vallee 🥕

Là-bas, tu oublies les clichés « les plats végétariens sont sans goût, trop healthy, on mange des graines, on a faim en sortant de table ».

Pour la première fois de ma vie (vraiment), j’ai adoré manger un menu végétarien. J’y retournerai sans hésiter l’année prochaine. Surtout pour convaincre Monsieur qu’un menu sans viande peut parfois être bien meilleur qu’un menu carné sans goût (en tout cas à la Petite Vallée !)

C’est un vrai challenge de cuisiner uniquement du végétal, d’avoir autant de goût, de jeu textures, de saveurs dans l’assiette.

With your golden stones and that mesmerizing green all around. So classy, so rustic. Cosy and comfortable. With a fireplace to curl up by.

Mornings on the terrace overlooking the valley, coffee in hand.
Evenings under the stars, soaking in the wood-fired hot tub, watching the Milky Way.
