High blood pressure during pregnancy can be a warning sign of preeclampsia, so monitoring it is important! Thankfully, mine went down, but I’ve been keeping a close eye on it at home.

Who knew a trip to the pumpkin patch would turn into a cardio session? 🎃🏀😂 Between bouncing around and trying to make those basketball shots, I was burning more calories than I expected! 🤣🤰🏾

I’m clearly OVER IT at this point! 😩😂 The third trimester is no joke, and these baby movements are legitimately painful! Every kick, stretch, and roll feels like this baby is trying to make an escape!

At this point, I’m doing whatever helps me stay mobile and a little more comfortable 😩 Between the extra pressure, tight hips, and everything feeling heavier, taking time to really loosen up before and after my workouts has made such a difference.
