We are flattered and so grateful to say that bookings are trending like hot cakes here at the @petitsocialstudio — but also feel a bout of sadness when we’re not able to accommodate bookings. If you are looking at booking a weekend date, I recommend you start booking 2-3months in advance at minimum. If you’re looking to party, we only have 2-3 weekend dates left between now and the beginning of March. Every single weekend date in February is booked, but there is evening availability the weekend of Feb 19/20 — we’re otherwise double/triple booked with sessions and parties!

Additionally, spring dates are already starting to fill up. We love all of the support that’s coming our way this year, and couldn’t be more grateful for your support of this small business!

Another sweet newborn session at the beautiful @petitsocialstudio . Is it just me or is it the cutest thing you’ve ever seen when the little girls bow is bigger than her whole face 🤣😍 This dad is OUTNUMBERED with 3 little girls.

Photographing these motherhood and newborn sessions are hands down my absolute favorite & I’m so glad this is my job.

All set in BLANCHE for today’s children’s milestone session with @jordan.brown.photo 🤍

We pulled out a collection of our favorite heirloom-inspired pieces for her to play with — little chairs + stools, posing boxes, our acrylic bench, and our newest addition: a larger vintage rocking horse that works beautifully for some of our older children, too. 🐴

She’ll also be using our lilac seamless backdrop for a little pop of color amongst all that BLANCHE white. 💜

And sometimes the best “props” are simply part of the studio itself — like our deep windowsills, perfect for sitting, little feet dangling, or peeking out toward the water.

Plus, there are plenty more child-sized seating options tucked away in our studio collection prop room whenever a session calls for them.

Hi. 👋🏼 It’s me. 𝘈𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯.

Also, if you happened to see a different photo here earlier… no you didn’t. 😆 I had to make a little birthday-photo switcheroo, and the reason why is a mildly embarrassing story we can save for another day. Or just as ask me the next time you see me 😂 🤦🏻‍♀️

Figured I should probably show my face around here since it’s been a minute. 😂

And since today happens to be my 45th birthday, it felt like as good a day as any to pop in and say hello. 🥂

45 feels a little surreal to type — but I’m heading into this next year feeling incredibly grateful for the life, people, work, creativity, chaos, and little moments that have filled the ones before it.

I’m technically still out of office for just a little bit longer, soaking up the last of my time away before I’m back to all the things on Monday. 🤍

So, hi from the girl usually behind the phone camera and BTS, behind the emails, moving furniture, resetting studios, styling something, or running around somewhere just outside the frame.

Today, she’s making an appearance.

Just a few hours ago, BLANCHE was set as a photo studio and welcoming a photo session through the doors.

And now? She’s ready for an elopement ceremony. 🤍

We can’t wait to marry Denise + Matthew today as they say I do surrounded by the people they love most.

One space. A completely different story. And such a sweet one to be part of. 🥂✨

✨ 𝑶𝑼𝑻 𝑶𝑭 𝑶𝑭𝑭𝑰𝑪𝑬 ✨ And officially putting the studio keys down for a minute.

From August 16–23, both BLANCHE + BRIQUE will be closed while I step away from the day-to-day for a little summer break.

𝑨 𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒚 𝒃𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒕: I’ll be wrapping up any current conversations that were already in progress before this past weekend, and I’ll be intermittently checking email for anything time-sensitive related to this week’s upcoming events. Those messages will absolutely still be on my radar.

For everything else—new inquiries, general questions, new booking correspondence, etc.—I’ll be back in my inbox after we return.

And because apparently Out of Office and Off of Social Media are two very different things… 😂 you’ll still see me popping up here, sharing pretty things, studio happenings + probably whatever catches my eye while I’m away.

So yes, I’m here.
But also… I’m not here. 😝

Thank you for giving me a little space to unplug + recharge. We’ll see you back at the studio soon! ✨
