Hello angels we love punk and hate prisons which is why we are very pleased to announce an incredible benefit for @pushingenvchi on December 20 at VCR with post-punk and hardcore punk rippers:

@wildthymechicago
@hardcore.is.for.pussies

Pushing Envelopes Chicago is a collectively-run volunteer organization that provides re-entry resources to formerly incarcerated queer and trans people, as well as coordinates penpals to connect folks on the outside with members currently incarcerated. 100% of the door will be donated to them

7/19 MIDWEST SCREAMO LIVES - Indianapolis Post-Hardcore outfit Sonora is rolling back through Chicago and we had to roll out the red carpet for them. The World in Broken Glass and Pet Play will be providing the local loudness, rounded out by the World Premiere of Sorry State, a new screamo band from Illinois. First show please show them some love. At Not Not with air filtration provided by Save the Night, no one turned away for lack of funds. See you there! by @petplaychi
