There’s just something about a wedding flat lay that has my whole heart. 🤍

Taking all the little details — the invitation, rings, florals, perfume, stationery, heirlooms, and those unexpected personal touches and just turning them into a little piece of the couple’s story, is one of my favorite parts of the wedding day.

I love finding the beauty in the details, playing with textures, layering pieces, and bringing the couple’s vision to life in a way that feels completely them. ✨
And honestly? This is the part of wedding mornings I look forward to the most. 🥹🤍

A beautiful wedding setup can look effortless but it rarely is.

Hours go into designing the space, creating mock-ups, refining the details, and making sure the vision can actually be executed on the day.

There’s something about golden light and warm breezes of a summer weddingin the tropics☀️🌴

Being a wedding coordinator is knowing when to step in and when to disappear into the background. Keeping the timeline moving without making the day feel rushed. Handing over a bottle of water before anyone remembers they’re thirsty. Straightening a veil, cueing the music, gathering the family for photos, checking in with vendors and taking care of all the little details nobody really thinks about.

On warm days like these, a little planning and a lot of awareness make all the difference. We make sure our summer brides stay hydrated, live in the moment and let us carry the weight of the schedule🧚🏼
