New art drop: „Got a little swing today“ ✨🦜
💦🎨🇮🇹 70x50cm
Step into the studio with me. Watch this vibrant, surreal watercolor piece come to life—from early stages to final brushstrokes, all backdropped by my favorite lake view from my studio.
Bold patterns, oversized birds, and a perspective shift that commands attention.
Every painting is a journey. Outside my window: calm water, mountains, and sky. Inside my sketchbook: a woman in a red zebra-pattern blazer, oversized colorful parakeets, and a swinging green armchair.
“Got a little swing today” is all about confidence, bold color choices, and unconventional perspective.
Thank you for watching this piece evolve with me. 🌸🤗🌸.

Six pack of divers🏊‍♀️💦🎨🇮🇹
Capturing that split second before the splash. ✨
Today I challenged myself to paint 6 watercolor pieces focusing on divers—some catching air, some finding their focus on the board. The real challenge was getting that deep, shifting blue-green water just right.
Drop a 🌊 if you love the ocean colors! Or let me know Are you team ‚In the air‘ 🤸‍♂️ or team ‚On the board‘ 🧘‍♀️?

Don’t tell your dreams 💦🎨 70x50cm
Contemporary watercolor on paper

This contemporary watercolor piece explores the sacred, unspoken spaces of our inner worlds. The young woman with vibrant blue hair represents fluid intuition and the mysteries we keep inside. As she merges with the kingfisher on her shoulder—a symbol of peace, deep focus, and prosperity—the artwork captures a moment of pure, silent symbiosis. I chose the title Don’t tell your dreams as a reminder: some visions are meant to be felt, lived, and painted, rather than explained away.
When we speak our deepest dreams too soon, we risk scattering their magic. 🩵🌿
What secrets do you think they are keeping?
Let me know in the comments! 👇

Magnolia
30x40cm watercolor on paper
In this watercolor composition, I rendered the human form and the botanical subject in a radical 1:1 scale, deliberately dismantling the traditional hierarchy between humanity and the natural world. By clothing the female figure in the exact chromatic palette of the magnolia—utilizing rich pinks and regal purples and lush green for legs and stems—this artwork explores the concept of radical symbiosis. Historically, the pink tones invoke the classical iconography of feminine grace and vitality (associated with the archetypes of Venus and Aphrodite), while the purple accents introduce a metaphysical dimension, symbolizing spiritual dignity and cosmic wisdom. Crucially, the choice of the magnolia—an evolutionary ancient organism that has endured for over 100 million years—serves as a memento of temporal scale. By reducing the female figure to the exact dimensions of a single blossom, the piece visualizes a profound paradox: it honors the sublime beauty of the individual life form, while simultaneously acknowledging that humanity is merely a transient participant within a grander, wiser, and infinitely vast ecological continuum.

Diva 💦🎨🇮🇹

📍Aug 1st @poetryjambx @guggenberg

A true large-format watercolour, painted on Fabriano handmade paper, depicts a diva with two parrots. I give the birds the same size as the human, it’s meant to convey that we humans aren’t the most important thing. For me, parrots symbolise colourfulness and beauty, but also stubbornness and independence. Two qualities I think every woman should allow herself to have.

Damn I look good 💦🎨🐕
#watercolorpaintingart on 300g paper
In this series of humanized dogs, I aim to portray the character of dogs through their clothing, and to emphasise that animals have a dignity and should be treated as such. As for real animals, I’m not in favour of dressing them up🙈

I believe I can fly 💦🎨🇮🇹

When phantasy becomes reality, the #parrot 🦜 cheek to cheek with her, is kind of a metaphorical expression of free thinking and no boundaries in our thoughts.

Sapore di Sale 🌊🤿💦🎨🇮🇹

The moment short before returning to the surface, surrounded by rising air bubbles, a moment of silence and tranquillity before the next deep breath
In this underwater scene featuring a female diver, the reflections – and above all the cool colour tones – presented a challenge for me. Water filters out red tones; the deeper you go, the bluer it becomes. Strange feeling to paint the skin using shades of turquoise and yellow ochre 😅

My latest 💦🎨 painting inspired by the current heatwave 🥵🌡️🔥☀️
36 Celsius
70x50cm
watercolor on 300g Fabriano paper
My watercolor painting shows a highly trained competitive swimmer as she dives into the water; the kingfisher, almost the same size, is by her side, ready to follow her at any moment. Did you know that in german the kingfisher is called Eisvogel (ice bird)? This name makes it even more refreshing …. Keep cool and carry on 😎🪭
