This is what it looks like when you finally capture professional snippets of your #joblove! 🥰 For the past 8 years I have been sharing candid iphone photos with clients or relying on “some video from somewhere” to be shared with me. Lol. Would you run a race without tennis shoes or water? Kind of similar when we don’t invest in the tools for what we are called to do. We can still run, but I’m thankful for my helpers. 🙏 Thank you @azwomenleadhere for inviting me to keynote your amazing event & thank you @stephdorworth for offering your incredible services. #UniquePowerofYOUThis is what it looks like when you get blessed because someone is owning their strengths and living in their Superpowers!🙌❤️🎉A big shout-out to @studiodfoster whose art just arrived at my house! And I could not love it more. I have been wanting to own one of her pieces for a while now. 🖼️ ❤️🥰I ask many of my coaching clients this important question: “who were you before the world got a hold of you?” Danielle answered “I wanted to get an art degree, I love to paint, but was told you can’t make money doing that. I chose something else.” Yet she never forgot it, never lost her passion to create a life in full color. It is never too late to recalibrate your compass. Now we get to be blessed by her gift! #ConnectLearnShare This is what it looks like when your heart, soul, people and #joblove are in alignment. We just had our #GlobalGallupCoach Conference in San Diego courtesy of #StrengthsCoachWeb. Being around other @gallup @cliftonstrengths coaches makes me a better coach and human. 💪From incredible Speakers, powerful break-out sessions, reflection time, brainstorm sessions and pizza on the beach… my heart is full! ❤️I feel so blessed to be in the company of people who think deep, feel deeper and truly put others at the forefront of impact. ☀️The added bonus is our shared #Strengthslanguage for an immediate shortcut to the psychological safety of being understood, being authentic and creating belonging. #YOURecently, I had a leader ask me a very important question: “With so much change, what do you believe is the greatest opportunity for me as a leader?”💡My answer was and always will be: “YOU”! No matter what is happening in the world around you, above you, beneath you, to the left or to the right… the greatest opportunity is always YOU!💪It has been said that the greatest project you will ever work on is yourself and I believe that with my whole heart. I am in #midlife and not done with me yet! ;) ❤️The greatest opportunity lies within us and it lies ahead of us when we are willing to lead ourselves first.
