Ako si ikad na poslu rekla „malo me boli glava“ umjesto „imam mengu i jedva stojim“ – nisi jedina.

#tosunormalnestvari je kampanja koju smo pokrenule CESI i pstaboo nakon istraživanja o tome kako simptomi menstruacije i menopauze utječu na radni život žena u Hrvatskoj.

Idućih mjesec dana ovdje ćemo podijeliti podatke, iskustva, ideje za poslodavce i poziv na naš sljedeći razgovor uz mimozu. Swipeaj i vidi kako se i ti možeš uključiti 👉

📍 Dođi i ti na 3M vol. 2 – 29.10. u Luft baru. Dovedi prijateljice, sestre, žene koje voliš i one koje manje voliš ali misliš da im je važno – da zajedno govorimo o svojim iskustvima i stvaramo promjene. Link na event je u bio.

Kakav utjecaj imaju menstruacija i menopauza na naš posao?

Sve ono što ne možete reći na poslu, možete s nama i to uz mimozu.

Pridružite nam se na drugoj ediciji 3M - menstruacija, menopauza i mimoza, gdje ćemo otvoreno, u dobrom društvu i bez stigme razgovarati o našim najboljim danima (ili malo manje dobrim).

Ali ovaj put nema panela.

Na prvom susretu smo čule iskustva i mišljenja od žena iz različitih branši. Družile smo se, pričale i mimozirale.

Ovaj puta želimo čuti VAŠA iskustva i VAŠE mišljenje.

A ono što čujemo može biti početak sljedeće promjene.

Vidimo se 29.10.!

Few weeks ago we calculated how many people pstaboo got to work with over the past two years since officially opening....and W O W!!! over +3000 people has passed through our workshops, events, talks and overall work. Thats is more than 3 people per day!!!
What an achievement to get to share the space and tools for the conversations we don't have but matter the most to make our lives and our societies better!

Meet 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶ć, 𝗣𝗵𝗗 — multi-award-winning researcher, designer, activist and founder of 𝗽𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗼, an organisation specialising in taboo and sensitive conversations.

Through its workshops, panels, talks and educational programmes, pstaboo has reached more than 3,000 people. After nearly a decade of working in design and art across three continents, Petra specialised in taboo research and developed a pioneering framework for integrating taboo topics into projects.

Named one of the 200 most influential people in women’s health by FemTech India, Petra also led, alongside CESI, the first regional research into how menstruation and menopause affect working lives. The findings were presented to the Gender Equality Committee of the Croatian Parliament and helped open new conversations about women’s health policies.

At LEAP Summit 2026, Petra brings a powerful reminder: meaningful change often begins with the conversations we are most hesitant to have.
