Timing is everything when it comes to takedowns 🤼‍♂️

Shooting while your opponent is pressuring you forward makes your takedown easier to read and harder to finish.

Instead, put them under pressure. Get them moving backwards or make them plant their feet, then attack.

Don’t force the takedown. Create the moment.
