I have created a women's jewelry for my collection from silver coins of Austria-Hungary and Poland dating from the late 18th century to the 1930s of the 20th century. This folk jewelry was worn mainly in the 19th century and in the first half of the 20th century by women of Bukovina and the Carpathian region of Ukraine. I collected the coins from three different countries, 40% of them were once used on the same jewelry many years ago, and the rest I had to make holes to attach to the canvas base that I sewed, before creating a pattern by trying it on a mannequin.#authentic #parutagrabcollection #ethnography #history #traditional #museum #vintage #salba # ukraine y #historyoffashion by @petrograbparuta
