In tonight’s film I am back at Anglesea to find out if a normal driver can push a 1050hp Ferrari 849 Testarossa with Assetto Fiorano Pack to its limits in the wet on track. Just how hard can it be 🤷‍♂️ I then get show how it’s done by @maurodrift_ and then he makes me turn everything off and have a go myself 😳

I’ve done just over 200 miles in this today and I absolutely love it. I first drove the Cupra Formentor VZ5 in December last year I liked it. Formentor is a great car anyway but when you drop the 5 cylinder engine from the RS3 in it it becomes even better. Sadly only 250 coming to the UK but this one is mine for the week and I am going to enjoy it. Video coming to YouTube soon 🎥

Tonight’s video is the EV that can even keep a Petrol Head happy. The Hyundai IONIQ 6N. Could this be the most polarising EV on the market ? Fake sound and fake gears aren’t for everyone but within 5 minutes of driving it you forget you are in an EV. What do you think ?

I should have driven the Kia EV4 GT in the south of France a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to UK Air Traffic Control having a glitch I didn’t make it. However @kiaukpr sent me a car and my review just went live on YouTube. With more power, a sporty interior and Virtual Gear Shift technology this car should be right up my street….but is it ? taken in Bosham Hoe by @petrol_ped

Tonight video is a behind the scenes of a very busy week of my life running Petrol Ped. I have a nightmare on a plane, don’t go in a helicopter, drive to Wales and back, visit 2 motor circuits and show off a new watch. All of this with the help of a Diesel Kia Sorento…the perfect car for over 1000 miles of driving 👌

We so needed that. Social Media Detox complete and a fantastic week away with lovely friends @ikosandalusia is sadly over.

No rest for the wicked. The diary is very busy over the next few weeks with some amazing cars to drive and events to attend. I honestly think this is the best film I’ve made in nearly 11 years of doing Petrol Ped. Thanks to @ferrariuk and @michelinuk I had Anglesea Circuit to myself to answer the question - Are OEM tyres really any different to of the self tyres, or is it just a marketing scam ?
