Really happy with how this project turned out! 🔴⚫

Started with just the parts and an idea of what I wanted, and it has turned into one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in my gym.

It took some cutting, welding and modifying along the way to get everything exactly how I wanted it.

75x75 rack, Smith machine and fully adjustable jammer arms that can move in basically any direction.

The jammer arms especially open up so many possibilities. Different presses, rows, chest and shoulder movements — with the freedom to adjust the angle, starting position and movement path to make each exercise feel as ergonomic and natural as possible.

That’s probably what I enjoy most about this project. Experimenting with different setups and attachments and constantly finding new exercises and ways to use the machine.

At this point I can do almost any exercise I want with this setup, and it just keeps evolving.

And I’m pretty happy with how it looks too 👌

One of my all-time favorite rear delt exercises. 🔥

The incline bench keeps the tension where I want it—on the rear delts—while still allowing the shoulder blades to move naturally.

The result is an amazing combination of rear delts, mid traps, rhomboids and upper back in one movement.
