Fight camp is the hardest part of the fight. by @petty_fighter

Started a women's-only sparring session as a stepping stone to build confidence and encourage women to start :) looks like we're running it again soon, follow so you don't miss it! by @petty_fighter

I used to think watching was enough.
It wasn't. It isn't. For any of us.
This post is for every woman who's walked into a gym and felt like she didn't belong. And for every woman who hasn't walked in yet.

18 minutes of gassing out.
I'm still not there yet and I think the anger comes up so much too. Thanks guys for pushing me anyway :D by @petty_fighter

The week in whimsy. Tested with alot of distractions. Honestly prepping for a fight is more of a mental game. I'll be better and that comes with doing things my way. by @petty_fighter

FIGHT CAMP WEEK 5 , weight stagnation got me like...

Ok, honest take? Weight cuts are a strange thing to ask of a woman who's had a difficult relationship with food. The same behaviours that get called discipline in a fight camp get call an ED somewhere else.

Once I understood macros, its was actually harder to not abuse myself with it. by @petty_fighter

How much do you want this? Happy to share I droppped 1kg during this 3 day retreat... but at what cost ? by @petty_fighter

Weight Cut struggles🫠 but yes I got an opponent and I'm gonna work hard. by @petty_fighter

Weight cut is especially difficult as someone who once had an ED and still struggling with body dismorphia. The people you invite to your life will clear your lenses.

Went back to Bangtao last week and I'm once again reminded of my worth by the love I recieve. My heart is so full.

Also shout out to my darling @pacobjj for them pictures. I'm forever grateful you chose me ❤️ by @petty_fighter

Never skip the basics!
