✨Let’s be Vulnerable✨

✨2 Pregnancies
✨1 Lifelong battle with depression
💅🏼A lot of tears but even more grit

✨That girl on the left didn’t believe she’d ever feel confident again but the gym girl on the right? She’s proof that patience, discipline, and a lil’ southern German sass go a long way.

💅🏼Learning to love myself again wasn’t about losing weight…
it was about gaining peace, confidence, and becoming a Wife and Mom I’m finally proud of. It’s time to Pey up!
