Dear Jesus, you gained another angel on the night of Friday, February 6th. My dad, a strong and an extremely heart felt person, has finally became pain and worry free. He has sufffered tremendous amounts of heart issues and other health obstacles; he fought so hard these past few years for us. Being in and out of the hospital all this time and fighting for this long truly amazes me. Dad, I love you so much! It truly grieves me that we were texting earlier this week and made plans to eat lunch on Sunday. You have been such an amazing father figure in my life, I am not understanding why you had to leave me so soon. My heart is in so much pain. I didn't get to say goodbye but I know you are in a much better place and going to watch over me every day. I will never forget your nicknames you would give people, even though "earl" was your go too. Your cooking skills will never be beaten and your goofy jokes to Mrs. Candace will never be forgotten. Anytime I see an airboat or go mud riding I will only be able to think about you and your hobbies you used to get us into when I was little. You are my superhero, my fighter, my idol, and overall my favorite best friend. I love you and I know you love me all the way from heaven.🤍🕊️ by @peytonnblount
