I’ve been sick for a week now and tried going back to work today, but unfortunately started feeling worse again.

Two years ago I had myocarditis and since then I’ve become a lot more careful when I’m sick. I learned the hard way that pushing through and getting back to normal too quickly just isn’t worth it.

So training will have to wait a little longer. My body clearly needs more time and I’m giving it that time.

The second picture is from two years ago, not from now. 🤍

Take care of yourself.
