#TerrificTuesday Excuse me for this lengthy post. But, it is beyond amazing and disturbing how player haters come to play the moment I go there! Well, I blocked them all because I have been bullied all of my life! In spite that I am fighting obesity once again, I continue to fight to become a healthy version of myself. I am illegal? Go eat my donuts? Excuse me! Why I don't follow religion or politics and especially when they both have dominating my feeds. That explains why I lay low these days. However, I refuse to go into a depression again! I don't work my lifestyle changes for either attention or 15 minutes of fame. Been there, done that and around the block and learned my lesson from all of it! In 2026, I continue my journey to be my best self! That's right haters, posting on social media may not be what it used to be. But you will never put me down! by @pgcontinuingjourney

#thankfulthursdays❤️ It is a big day as I prepare for my Post Op! A month and week after having a surgery in which a giant swelling had to be removed, and multiple doctors appointments following that, I continue my recovery slowly but surely.

I changed my relationship with food by watching my added sugar and sodium. I drink water only to stay hydrated. And to keep my posts as RATED PG AS POSSIBLE, I have had no real accidents.

I continue doing what I got to do prove to myself that I am worth being a healthy version of myself as my journey towards that continues! by @pgcontinuingjourney

#motivationmonday Thank you Father God for an awesome weekend! The New York Knicks are the NBA World champions for the first time in 53 years! Since 1973 and my knowledge of sports is terrible!

Also, the Puerto Rican Day Parade as well as celebrating Pride Month, Black Music Month and National Game Show Month! As well as preparing for my upcoming surgery.

I thought I'd spread some love and positivity when my Instagram feed was dominated by what a UFC fighter said at an event celebrating Felon 47's birthday as well as how truly racist he is. How dare he calls Michelle Obama a man? To me, Barrack and Michelle Obama are an inspiration and more than half these racists, fascists and Christian hypocrites will ever be! I will leave it at that.

In the meantime,enjoying this Knicks themed from Dunkin and the gentlemen placing my order did not know what I was talking about. However, I will not judge because he might not be a sports fan either.

One more thing I am celebrating is I have escaped the 300 pound mark! I still have a long way to go, but no matter what, I am still in the game after 20 and a half years on my continuing journey! by @pgcontinuingjourney
