The Seattle rain stopped for an XC race at the Ogden Golf Course. They competed, pushed each other, and came home with two trophies! They won the meet and the Best of Boone County trophy! Super proud of the tigers. by @pgrothusrun

I turned 44 today. I ran 5 miles with @mila_grothus to make it 45 for the week, and should have planned it better to end with 44 miles. Took Mila and Luke to a Filipino Grocery Store, and a coffee shop! We tried some great lattes and halo halo! Hearing my name called in the accent warmed my heart! @grounded_thecollective by @pgrothusrun
