I started nursing this pepper seedlings over a month ago, I literally have to change there location from where it was before because of too much moisture there which initially resulted to damping off.

It’s being over two weeks now since I moved them to a new place where they can receive adequate sunlight, more air and I have avoided watering them as excess water can be a major cause for damping off.

But yet, every morning I come to check the pepper seedlings, I will still meet quite numbers of them flat on the nursery bed with there stem rotten. I literally don’t have any idea of what to do from this point. I’d appreciate a good and helpful insight on how to go about it.

I trust your day is going so well by the way, I will be looking forward for a useful insight.

Creative wisdom of God is so profounding, and it stands above all.

If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.

The Hope of God for Us

The anchor word in this scripture “Hope”.

Looking at few definitions of the word itself;

In the Bible, hope is not a “maybe” or wishful thinking; it is a confident, unwavering expectation that God will fulfill His promises.
Rooted in God’s unchanging character rather than human circumstances, it serves as a secure anchor for the soul.

In Merriam-Webster dictionary, hope is defined as an optimistic state of mind that combines a desire for a certain outcome with the expectation or at least the belief, that it is attainable. It acts as a driving force for perseverance and positivity during uncertain times.

When expressing hope, the feeling is closely related to optimism, brightness, and sanguinity. Conversely, the opposite emotional states include dejection, despair, and hopelessness.

As humans, the best you can actually do for yourself is to always desire a positive outcome for yourself, being expectant. Nothing happens without expectation. I mean why won’t you just do that? It may sound like a fairytale or some people may say you have to be realistic, absolutely true.

However, you can go about your life just being realistic and still being optimistic that your desires, dreams, visions and aspirations are attainable. It’s the least you can do, by positioning your mind to think about every situations, events, circumstances and challenges are opportunity to learn, grow and become a better version of yourself and for God to fulfill all His promises for your life.

Above all, your hope in God showcase your total dependence on Him, in following each and every instructions sent your way and taking immediate steps to ensure that you do them.

So as you go about your week, keep your hope alive by filling your life with joy and peace. Not allowing any negativity or current life experiences steal your joy away from you because it’s through joy in Christ Jesus that your Hope comes alive.

You’re wiser now. Please love and share for someone else to see this. ❤️😌

One week after NYSC, I’ve realized something…

Passing Out Parade (POP) didn’t just mark the end of my service year.

It marked the end of one version of me.

A year ago, I arrived as a corps member with expectations, questions, and ambitions. Like many others, I hoped to make a difference while figuring out what came next.

Over the months, I discovered that growth rarely comes wrapped in comfort.

Growth looks like adapting to unfamiliar environments.
Growth looks like showing up even when things don’t go according to plan.
Growth looks like building relationships with people who were once strangers.
Growth looks like choosing purpose over convenience.

NYSC taught me that impact isn’t always measured by the size of what you do, but by the consistency with which you do it.

As I reflect one week after POP, I’m filled with gratitude.

To every mentor who believed in me.
To every colleague and fellow corps member who shared this journey.
To every challenge that stretched me.
To every opportunity that reminded me that service is a privilege.

Thank you.

Now, the real work begins.

I’m stepping into this new season with a renewed commitment to creating solutions that matter—leveraging agriculture, wellness, innovation, and artificial intelligence to solve real problems, empower communities, and create lasting value.

I don’t have every answer.

But I have clarity.

I have purpose.

And I have the courage to keep building.

If NYSC taught me anything, it’s this:

Your next chapter will never be defined by the certificate you receive. It will be defined by the value you choose to create afterward.

Here’s to new beginnings, bigger dreams, and a lifetime of impact.

The best is yet to come.

End of NYSC Camp Series: New Beginnings

It feels surreal the 21-day NYSC Orientation Camp Experience Series has come to an end.

Just like yesterday, July 28th, 2025 when I logged into my portal and saw “Posted to Akwa Ibom State.” My heart raced with excitement, fear, and curiosity. Little did I know those 21 days would shape my mind, strengthen my will, and stretch my capacity.

From early morning drills to parade rehearsals, lectures, and shared laughter NYSC wasn’t just service; it was a journey of self-discovery, discipline, and destiny.

I’ve learned:
Courage — to face the unknown.
Resilience — to keep going despite fatigue.
Persistence — to grow through discomfort.
Perseverance — that purpose takes patience.

Beyond the khaki and boots, it was the people that made it special.
Special appreciation to Ikechukwu Peter and Ogooluwatan Ajayi, you made camp brighter and more memorable.

This series wasn’t just storytelling; it was a reflection of growth, gratitude, and God’s faithfulness.

As this chapter closes, another begins filled with new opportunities, challenges, and impact. I’m stepping into it with open arms, clear vision, and unwavering faith.

Because the same God who saw me through camp will lead me through the next phase. 🙏

Here’s to growth, gratitude, and new beginnings.
