Hiking through Tiede National Park for Day 1. Tenerife is a volcanic island and seeing the volcano up close was very cool. 7.5 miles later, that dinner was well deserved. taken in Parque Nacional Del Teide by @phamtastic2

Hyrox NYC 2026 did not exactly go as planned. This, by far, was the biggest challenge of my life. I thought I had trained enough. Thought I was hydrated enough. Thought I was ready. That 90 degree weather proved I was not. I battled major leg cramps and heat exhaustion throughout the entire race. I felt so bad for my partner @minaleex that my body was giving up on me. However, like the beast she is, she helped us power through this race. We did it and by sheer grit and will power, I survived (barely). Still amazed that I participated and completed at such an event. @minaleex thank you being my partner in this journey. There were times I thought I wouldn’t make it, but I valued my life 🤣 Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to be by my side for my first Hyrox. We didn’t get the time we wanted, but there is always something called REDEMPTION. Also, even though there was a point where I could barely track what was in front of me, let alone all the AMAZING PEOPLE who came to cheer us on and support us - you guys are the real MVPs! @breezy_point @albe_rite_back @mikewilches_ @chell.realtor @coral_cruz @kerenlucy @ryeong_choi #hyrox #hyroxnyc2026 taken in Hudson River Park's Pier 76 South by @phamtastic2

One thing about Oreo… he may look like a big majestic husky, but he’s actually just a giant baby 🤣🐶💚

Between his happy smile, fluffy paws, dramatic husky personality, and those crystal blue eyes, it’s impossible not to fall in love with him 🥹✨

He loves attention, cuddles, and making everyone around him smile 🐾

When I ran my first half marathon in 2023, I marked it off my bucket list and never thought I would run one ever again. Fast forward 3 years later, and here I just completed my 2nd half marathon - and crushing my time by over 20 minutes, older, warranty expired, but stronger. I am grateful to be surrounded by an amazing fitness community with @alphafitclub.westnewyork but even luckier to have such amazing and supportive friends in my life (who peer pressured me into this lol). We truly are strong alone, but STRONGER TOGETHER. Grateful to have done this one with the homies and my AFC fam. Huge shoutout to @minaleex for pushing me on every single run and every single workout. Next up, @hyroxnyc in June! by @phamtastic2
