Sometimes the loudest thing you can do is go quiet and breathe 🧘 .I’ve been learning that peace isn’t something you find. It’s something you protect and sometimes that means putting your headphones on, closing your eyes, and telling the world-not right now. There’s a version of me that used to feel guilty for needing silence. Like resting was somehow laziness, like being still meant falling behind.But Psalm 46:10 changed that for me - “Be still and know that I am God.”Not be productive, Not be busy, Just....be still. I’ve been in a season of becoming. Becoming more me, less the version people expected, less the version I performed for validation. More the one God is quietly building in the background🔥. These headphones aren’t just headphones but a reminder that I get to decide what I let in, What I listen to, Whose voice I follow - “The Lord is my shepherd” and I’m learning to recognise His voice above everything else.
