Spicy Salami Mac & Cheese ‼️
Thanks to our pals at @mathesonfoodcompany
We like to “Phancy” things up here, and that means taking stellar products from our retail shelves and adding our own lil’ twist with our house made pantry products that you should definitely have on hand!
🧀🧀🧀🧀

SPICY SALAMI MAC & CHEESE:
🧀 1 box of @mathesonfoodcompany’s smoky Mac & cheese
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🥛 1/3 cup milk
🌶️ 1/8 cup Phancy’s spicy salami spread
🍞 Phancy’s toasted Parmesan bread crumb

Follow the box instructions for making the Mac & cheese. Add Phancy’s spicy salami spread to the sauce and stir to mix well, then add the boiled pasta.
Top with Phancy’s toasted Parmesan bread crumb! It’s that easy!

RECIPE TIME!
Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl 🥗
Made spicy with Phancy’s Dill Pickle Hot Sauce 🌶️
This recipe is super flexible by switching up the toppings, but our hot sauce and everything bagel spice add big flavour to the dish!

SPICY TUNA POKE BOWL:
🍚 1 cup cooked rice
🥒 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
🫜 1/4 cup radish, sliced
🧅 1/4 cup scallion, sliced
🧅 1/4 cup crispy onion
🍙 1/4 cup nori, torn
🌿 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
🥑 Half an avocado, sliced
🍣 1/2 cup sushi grade tuna, diced
🌶️ Phancy’s Dill Pickle Hot Sauce
🧂Phancy’s Everything Bagel Spice
1/8 cup soy sauce
1-8 cup maple syrup

HOW TO:
Prep all of the toppings, set aside. Mix the diced tuna with a good drizzle of dill pickle hot sauce, set aside.
To a wide bowl add the cooked rice and top with chosen ingredients in sections.
Mix the soy sauce and maple syrup, then drizzle over everything in the bowl.
Drizzle the whole bowl with more dill pickle hot sauce.
Enjoy your meal of fresh, spicy & crispy fun!
