ABSOLUTELY SICK WEEKEND OF BANDS! BOTH DAYS LIVE MUSIC FROM 2PM!
FREE & ALL-AGES!

STORE OPEN 10AM - 5PM.

The fundraiser is to help us continue hosting our free all-ages instores, keep improving what we’re doing and cover some of the costs involved in putting them on. Money raised will also go towards servicing, upgrading and purchasing more gear, including backline, speakers, microphones, stands, mixing desk, leads/cables and more.

We’ve been running a t-shirt drive, with our legendary customers donating used band, skate and other tees, and bands donating merch, records, posters and some signed gear, all to be sold as part of the fundraiser. We’ll also have limited edition Desert Highways tees and a skate deck available.

Fundraiser items will be available while stocks last. We’re launching it this week and will be running it for a few weeks, with more gear being added regularly, including signed items, collectables, donated tees and more!

We’d love you to bring that community spirit along to the launch weekend! Please show your support by coming along, buying some goodies, posting on socials and telling your friends. And please feel free to bring down tees, posters, records, magazines or anything else you think we could sell as part of the fundraiser!

Thank you to everyone who’s donated tees and other gear, comes along to the instores, buys some gear during the week and shares the love. We couldn’t do it all without you!

A big thank you to @lovepolice @plakkit_ and @showpony_____ for their support with the fundraiser!

Second-hand tees and some other items will only be available in store.

These are trying times, and well Troppo is trying to stay open and accessible in Coburg.

Troppo Print Studio is an independent space that is proudly non-reliant on governmental funding. After 8 years it’s time to be honest and say that this is damn hard work but we’re happy to keep working hard if it’s feasible. Whatever feasible is!

So, we cordially invite you to our:

Hair Raizin’ Fundrazor, Nov 1st, 12-5PM at Troppo Print Studio, Coburg, Narrm.

Come join us on a knifes edge and watch the glory of bands: Ebi Nori and the Phantoms, Solar Logos Sect , Skid Steer, West End Gap ++ Bands start at 1PM.

Grab artist screenprints and artworks in our silent/auction. Win the Raffle to end all Raffles!! Even pick up a Show Bag with amazing screenprinted works and zines inside. Or get your hands grubby via by-donation screenprinting, and collage badge making!

Proudly sponsored by @fin.wines

We acknowledge this event takes place on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. This was and always will be Aboriginal Land. Mob Free, rsvp by @phantom_fingers____

DEAD PRETTY FEST SPOTLIGHT: @phantom_fingers____

The winning description of this band has always been as follows; Imagine if Jeff Buckley formed a band with the Smashing Pumpkins to cover Nick Cave. Although as descriptive as this is, it hardly scratches the surface.

Born after years of disdain working in the snobbery of the jazz school world, the Phantom Fingers broke tradition and fell in love with noise. Led by the enigmatic Ebi Nori, whose stage presence is at times beautifully operatic and at other times cat-scratching, Phantom’s weave stories into complex odd-time arrangements with heavy detuned guitars, creating a collage of 90’s rock with a Folk-like literacy.

Ebi is joined by Harry, Sam and Jack, all ex-jazz now chaos-experts who flail guitars, send cymbals flying and rumble distorted bass. The band is a unique force unlike many and have to be seen to be believed. After 2 years of self-funded interstate touring, packed pub residencies and DIY headliners, the band is working through their debut out sometime in 2027.
