growing up is so weird…it’s crazy to think that I’m the same age I used to lie about. ew. i miss being a kid (back when i used to smile with frontal showing lol), i miss when all i had to worry about was homework and if my crush liked me back or not. i miss my childhood friends. the air felt so different, the world looked different. as I look back at my old pictures nostalgia hits me like a fucking truck. i was so young, so happy, so content, so naive. now as i get older and become more aware of things it’s sad to see what the world has turned into. i hope i never lose my whimsiness cos it seems to be the only thing keeping me going these days. i’ve always had a fear of growing up, ever since i was 6, i remember crying to my sister about this, about not wanting to be left alone in the world, but im grateful for life, family, friends, and most importantly im grateful to be ALIVE
