Coming into 2026, I’m choosing one word to guide everything I do.

Longevity.

And no, longevity isn’t about chasing youth or trying to look 25 again.

Longevity means how well your body, brain, skin, bones, and metabolism carry you through the next decades of your life.

Especially in perimenopause and postmenopause, this is when longevity actually starts to matter more.

Because hormone shifts don’t just change how you feel today…
They influence:
• bone density
• cardiovascular health
• brain function
• muscle mass
• skin integrity
• inflammation

Longevity is choosing skincare that supports your barrier and collagen, not just quick glow.

It’s choosing supplements that protect your mitochondria, muscles, brain, and gut, not trends.

It’s a lifestyle that prioritizes sleep, movement, stress regulation, and metabolic health.

This next chapter isn’t about anti-aging.

It’s about aging well, with strength, clarity, and confidence.

If you’re in perimenopause or postmenopause, this is your window.

And I’m walking into 2026 focused on longevity from the inside out.

Follow me if you’re building health that lasts.

If you’re building health that lasts, you’re in the right place 🤍

Thinking about starting testosterone? TRT can be life-changing for the right man, but it’s not the answer for everyone.

Before your first prescription, make sure your provider is looking at more than just one testosterone number. A proper evaluation should include your symptoms, repeat morning labs, lifestyle, and the underlying reason your testosterone is low.

In this series, I’ll cover:
✅ Who is (and isn’t) a good candidate for TRT
✅ What labs every man should know
✅ Common mistakes that can lead to disappointing results
✅ How to get the most benefit while minimizing risks

Save this for later and follow for Part 2, where I’ll explain why your testosterone can be “normal” but you still feel awful.

Part. 1. Many people have heard of menopause, but fewer know that men can also experience age-related hormonal changes.

Andropause is the gradual decline in testosterone that can occur as men get older. Unlike menopause, it doesn’t happen overnight, and symptoms can have many different causes.

If you’re experiencing fatigue, low libido, loss of muscle, mood changes, or brain fog, don’t assume it’s “just aging” or that testosterone is automatically the answer. Sleep, stress, thyroid function, medications, nutrition, chronic health conditions, and other hormone imbalances can all play a role.

The first step is a thorough evaluation, not guessing.
Have you heard of andropause before?

🌺Follow for Part 2: Is Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) right for every man? You might be surprised by the answer.

When should you take oral progesterone? 🌙

For most people, the best time to take oral progesterone is 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. It reaches peak levels around that time, which may help support its calming and sleep-promoting effects.

Everyone responds differently, so work with your healthcare provider to find the timing that works best for you.

Save this for later and follow for more evidence-based menopause and hormone tips.

• Estradiol is the stronger estrogen. It activates both ER-α and ER-β receptors, which may support skin thickness and collagen, but in some people it may also increase pigmentation and stimulate tissue growth.

• Estriol is a gentler estrogen that has a greater affinity for ER-β, the receptor more closely linked to skin health. It may help improve hydration, elasticity, and glow while being less likely to contribute to hyperpigmentation.

✨ For many women with mature skin, an estriol-based facial cream can provide noticeable skin benefits without as much stimulation as estradiol.

Follow @pharmacistaiha for more pharmacist-backed hormone and skincare education.

⚠️ Educational purposes only. Always talk with your healthcare provider before starting hormone or topical estrogen therapy.

A few days ago I shared the not-so-glamorous side of restarting testosterone injections… a giant hormonal chin zit. 😅

I never expected the In Your Face Skincare brand to personally reach out and send me their Clarifying Serum with the sweetest note. @deniceduff thank you for your thoughtfulness. It wasn’t just the serum that impressed me, it was the fact that you saw my post, cared enough to reach out, and wanted to help.

That kind of customer care says a lot about a brand. ❤️. Have you ever dealt with hormonal chin breakouts from menopause or hormone therapy? Let me know in the comments! @inyourfaceskincare

The good news? Early treatment can help.

Here’s what I tell my patients:

🌺Hair loss is often caused by more than one factor, including hormones, genetics, thyroid problems, low iron, low vitamin D, stress, illness, or certain medications.

🌺Thickening shampoos and styling products can make hair look fuller, but they usually don’t treat the underlying cause.

🌺Leave-on scalp treatments generally stay in contact with the scalp much longer than rinse-off products, which may allow active ingredients more time to work.

🌺#minoxidil remains one of the most studied treatments for female pattern hair loss. Depending on the cause, some women may also benefit from medications like spironolactone, topical or oral anti-androgen therapy, low-level laser therapy, microneedling, PRP, or correcting nutrient deficiencies.

The biggest mistake?

Waiting until you’ve lost half your hair before asking for help.

Hair follicles that are becoming smaller are often easier to treat than follicles that have been inactive for years.

✨ Don’t just cover up hair loss. Find out why it’s happening.

The sooner you identify the cause, the more options you have to protect the hair you still have. #hairloss #hairlosssolutions #menopausesupport #womenover40

Did HRT really make you gain 5 pounds… or is your body still adjusting?

A few pounds in the first weeks of HRT doesn’t always mean you’ve gained fat. Temporary fluid retention, appetite changes, and your body’s adjustment to new hormone levels can all play a role.

Before you give up on HRT, give your body time and work with your provider if symptoms or weight continue beyond a few months.

✨ Save this for later and share it with someone who’s worried about weight gain after starting HRT. Follow for Part 3, where I’ll explain why your hormone labs can look “perfect” but you still don’t feel well.

Your gut deserves the same attention as your skin.

Global Healing Oxy-Powder has become one of my go-to products when I need extra support for occasional constipation and feeling backed up. A healthy gut can make such a difference in how you feel day to day.

✨ If you’ve been curious about it, I’ll leave the link in the comments and in my Stories.

This is not medical advice. Always talk with your healthcare provider if you have ongoing digestive concerns.
