Every time we wake up, we have two choices: keep sleeping with our dreams or go out and make them a reality. Every minute spent dedicated to this dream of playing for my country has got me to this exact moment. I am not lucky. I worked my ass off for this. Blood, tears, sweat, countless training sessions, setbacks, and many times of uncertainty. And I persisted!!!

Shout out to @rootsrugbyfamily for living up to their mission of providing opportunities for victims of the BIPOC diaspora to showcase their talents. Y’all gave me a platform to show what I can do and this is the result! 10roots players representing our country this weekend! Such an honor!

Last but not least, thank you to each and every one of you who have supported me throughout these last 13 years, whether monetarily, going to the gym with me, meal prepping, or running sprints. You all helped me be better every day. We did it!!!💪🏾🥹 taken in Kingston, Jamaica by @phart.314

5000lb deadlift in 1min challenge accepted from @strength.origins!!! No straps!💪🏾😤😮‍💨

It was supposed to be 3000 for the women, but I’m really HIM so I hit 5225 in less than 40sec just to remind y’all what women are capable of!!!

This one was for all the ladies who ever felt like they weren’t strong enough to move some heavy weight! You are! And you can!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Happy lifting folks!!!😘 taken in Bay Club SF by @phart.314

Capturing some of the @rootsrugbyfamily playing for @rugbyleagueusa @usahawks taking on Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 was more than just an international rugby match, it was a celebration of our history and the culture we carry into every space we occupy. Seeing this level of black excellence on the pitch is a reminder that we don’t just play the game, we shift the energy.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been one of the women to document this moment.
I have a mountain of photos to get through, but I couldn’t keep these first few edits to myself a second longer.
This is just the beginning. ✊🏾🏉 ♥️🖤💚

Miss Linda ain’t playing no games this 2026! Almost 3 years together and she remains one of my most committed and consistent clients. Still peaking!!! Every day we are doing things that she didn’t know her body was still capable of doing. Will you be like Miss Linda? Or will you keep saying one day instead of day 1!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Let’s get fit together!

Client Spotlight!!!📍📍📍

My weightlifter, @_charliebailey competed in his 2nd weightlifting competition and absolutely crushed it!!!! He opened with a higher total than he finished with last year and PR’d in the snatch. The passion this man has for his sport is why I do this. I’m hella proud of how far you’ve come and even more excited for how far you will go. It’s an honor to be your coach. 💪🏾

Hello! I am raffling my personal @rootsrugbyfamily rugby league jersey from a previous tour. Each ticket is $15 and all proceeds go towards tour fees and travel cost for an incredible opportunity to play in Ghana.

I was recently selected to represent Roots Rugby Family in a historic international rugby league festival with the National Ghanaian and National Nigerian Rugby league men’s and women’s teams.

Thank you to everyone who has gotten a ticket already, there’s still time to get yours! Or if you already got tickets or don’t have the means, please consider sharing my post. Thank you for all the support I have received so far, this wouldn’t be possible without my community!🥹☺️💪🏾

I also have Apple Pay and Zelle! 🙏🏾 Thank you!🙏🏾
