Weekends are for big bowls of noodles, handmade dumplings and ordering a little bit of everything 🥟🍜 It’s definitely a steaming bowl of ramen and crispy gyoza weather.. 👻 Find us at Dunkertons Park 📍 open 12-10pm all weekend! #phatboi #dunkertonspark #dunkertons by @phatboichelt
A little bit of Chinese, a little bit of Filipino, and a whole lot of food to share with the gang 🇨🇳🇵🇭 One of our favourite things is seeing you mix and match from both kitchens! A few dumplings here, a bowl of ramen there, some chicken adobo and baos on the side… because why not have a bit of everything 🔥 Chinese and Filipino food might be pretty different, but both are all about big flavours, sharing dishes and getting everyone around the table. Who are you bringing to @dunkertonspark this weekend?👇 by @phatboichelt
All the favourites are being slung this weekend at @phatboichelt 🥟 Your fav toppings on our salt and pepper chips, loaded chicken gyoza ramen, sweet and sour karaage chicken and classic katsu curry.. What’s your fav?👇 @dunkertonspark 📍 #phatboi by @phatboichelt
NEW DISHES have arrived at Phat Boi 🥢 AD | @phatboichelt Asian comfort food with big flavours is what you can expect from this much-loved Chinese and Japanese-inspired street food vendor situated at Dunkerton’s, and we recently visited to check out the new dishes on the menu. Authentic in taste and perfect for sharing, the new dishes are delicious additions to enjoy with friends at this popular foodie and event space. 📷 Here’s what we had when we visited recently: Sweet & Sour Karaage Salt & Pepper Chips with Katsu Curry Duck Gyoza @dunkertonscider & mulled cider 📍Phat Boi, Dunkerton’s Park, Dowdeswell Park, London Road, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham @dunkertonspark Dinner in the Cotswolds | Cotswolds restaurants | Food in the Cotswolds | Lunch in Cheltenham | Chinese food in Cheltenham | Pop-ups in Cheltenham #cheltenham #cheltenhamfood #dunkertons #thecotswolds #chinesefood by @phatboichelt

Salt & pepper chips, but the PHAT BOI way 🔥 Crispy, salty, spicy and loaded with all the good stuff. The only difficult part? Choosing your topping.. 🥢 Katsu Chicken 🥢 Sweet & Sour Karaage Chicken 🥢 Hoisin Crispy Duck Perfect for sharing… but we wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t. Which one are you going for? 👀 📍 Phat Boi, @dunkertonspark by @phatboichelt
MEET THE TEAM ❤️ Say hello to Kate! If you’ve visited Phat Boi, chances are you’ve already met Kate! She’s been with us for well over 2 years and is a huge part of what makes Phat Boi.. well, Phat Boi 🥟 1. What’s your name and where are you from? My name is Kanyarat (pronounced Kan-Ya-Rat), but everyone calls me Kate! I’m from Thailand 🇹🇭 2. How long have you been part of Phat Boi? Just over 2 years now! 3. What’s your role at Phat Boi? I’m the manager, so I help keep everything running smoothly! You’ll also find me making dim sum whenever an extra pair of hands is needed. 4. What’s your favourite thing on the menu? Our duck pancakes, without a doubt! Duck, cucumber, spring onions, our homemade hoisin sauce and a little chilli oil all wrapped up in a pancake. So delicious from the very first bite! 5. What’s one fun fact people wouldn’t guess about you? I’m basically still a 9-year-old girl at heart! 🤣 I love being silly, getting excited over girly things and all the little treats that make me happy! We’re incredibly lucky to have Kate leading our team. She’s hardworking, always up for a laugh and brings so much personality to Phat Boi! Next time you’re in, give her a wave! 👋🏼❤️ @dunkertonspark by @phatboichelt
SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN KARAAGE 🤤 Juicy chicken thigh, deep fried until golden and crispy, then tossed in our homemade sweet and sour sauce.. Served with fluffy steamed white rice and a fresh side salad. Or, if you fancy taking it up a notch, swap the rice for our salt & pepper chips. These are quickly becoming a fav for a reason 🔥 📸 @volitomedia Only at @dunkertonspark 📍 Open 12-10pm everyday @phatboichelt #phatboi #dunkertonspark #cheltenhamfood by @phatboichelt
