Consistency looks good on the outside…
But behind it is a lot of silent battles.

If you’re still trying, you’re already doing enough ❤️
Save this for the days you feel like giving up. by @phavorwrites

The truth is most people are not struggling because they failed. They’re struggling because of what they told themselves after the failure.

There’s a difference between being honest with yourself and constantly tearing yourself down.

One helps you grow.
The other keeps you stuck.

Learn the difference my dear.

💭 What do you usually tell yourself after things don’t go well? Let’s hear it👇 by @phavorwrites

We get so tensed up over things we can’t control that we forget to enjoy the life we’re actually living.

Choosing stillness isn’t being lazy— it’s being confident. 🦁

Tag a friend who needs this reminder, or share it to your story if this resonated with you.

Some of us were taught to stay strong…
even when we were breaking inside.

But strength is not silence.
Healing begins when you open up.

You don’t need to have it all together.
You just need to stop carrying it alone.

Have you ever felt like you had to hide your pain? by @phavorwrites

Hi again ❤️

It’s been a while since I showed up here.

The past few months have been quiet for me — the kind of quiet where you’re learning, healing, and growing in ways people may not always see.

There were days I wondered if I should still share my thoughts and stories here.

But I realized something important: words still matter, and stories still have the power to heal.

So I’m starting again.

Here, I’ll be sharing:
✨ faith
✨ healing
✨ personal growth
✨ and reflections from books and life

If you’re still here, thank you for staying with me.

And if you’re new here, welcome.
Let’s grow together 🫂

I didn’t do this journey alone
I had amazing friends and coursemates that came along 🥰

They said “ the internet never forgets” so I’m saving these memories here
