A few weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the @petemaddenjr who has been my internet homie making instant photos and inspiring the masses to do the same. He took this 8x10 yellow/black duochrome Polaroid of me which just sealed my pola-destiny forever and now I’m all in on instant photography again. Polaroid was always an integral part of my childhood and family so it’s only natural to be exiting my 20’s this year and rekindling a relationship with instant photos. I’ve missed making photos and many of you know that I had a creative slump for years that is still looming over me, so finally getting out and creating again has put a smile on my face every day. Excited to keep sharing but for now I had to show off the coolest pic of me yet. by @phee_licks

Test sessions with my muse. Got my hands on the elusive Polaroid Impulse filter kit recently so of course I used it as an excuse to bust through a pack of film that’s five years expired just to get a feel for how these will look. Shika is only a little bit sick of me standing around waiting for her to yawn. by @phee_licks

Getting back into the grind (taking subpar photos)
Have a stash of very expired Polaroid film that I’m slowly going through just to make sure I still know what I’m doing. Here’s a dud from the pack that I took the border off of for ~aesthetics~ by @phee_licks
