There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh. Romans 8:1-3
There is nothing we can do to earn this salvation other than recognizing and believing in Jesus’ sacrifice for us. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Lord over spring break in Cuba. The Lord blessed the time spent in community and in the homes of the Cuban people. The work may be finished in Cuba but it continues in Fayetteville taken in Cuba by @phelps.weimar

My screen time timer is gonna run out if I type out how fruitful my summer was so here’s a verse instead.
Galatians 6:9- and let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up taken in Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa by @phelps.weimar

I was blessed with the opportunity to serve on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. It truly was a life changing experience getting to see the Lord work in and through all of us on the trip. I got to make great relationships that I wouldn’t have made had I not gone on this trip. I got to grow in my faith more than I thought I would thanks to those around me. It was encouraging to see everyone’s passion for sharing the gospel to these families. Having the chance to show others the love of Christ is something I hope to continue to do at Arkansas. Feel free to ask me about the trip if you want to know more. by @phelps.weimar

This year has gone way differently than I imagined it would. I’ve met some wonderful people in my first year. It’s been full of trials but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“So this is freshman year. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I’m still trying to figure out how that could be.” -Charlie kelmeckis by @phelps.weimar
