Well, @corfityyc CORFit Games was a blast. 5 days, 3 insane events. Amazing community of super supportive athletes who just want to see eachother succeed. So thankful for everyone who attended and volunteered their time to make it success. Looking forward to next year already!

Stage 2 🥇CNL Masters
My favorite course all far this season, super creative and unique course by @stephandhank and @corfityyc !! Thanks @lucas.artinian for the amazing coaching.

This was after coaching and judging for 11 hours and getting about 12 hours sleep in the last 3 days. I was worried my body wouldn't hold up but it pulled through somehow. Amazing what were a capable of. by @phennexion

Stage 2 CNL Speed Course @elementalninjayeg !! Epic course design by @kodr3d_ninj4 as usual. So much fun any time I don't land on my race at a elemental speed run is a win. Lol. by @phennexion

It's so hard to explain the extra motivation you can get from people who believe in you. When? in any part of life, aside from a ninja competition does a crowd of people shout at you that you can do it, you're worthy, you're capable? We all somehow doubt ourselves here and there, little juggling thoughts that slowly erode our confidence.... But when you put yourself out there, and take that risk, and are about to give up, you can guarantee your ninja friends won't let you fail, cause they believe in you more than you believe in yourself sometimes. I somehow was able to dig deeper than I thought possible today and it was really enlightening, because I was going to give up, my brain and my arms were so cooked... But I made it with a bit more grit lol.

If you haven't tried ninja, you should, it's life changingly good for you.

🏅 UNAA Qualifier @cityfitshop, awesome gym and course by @kodr3d_ninj4 !!! Big long one, still getting back into competing ninja but had alot of fun on this one. I was so cooked at the end. Thanks to Kody for some awesome tips at the end to make it thru the broad jump part 🤣. by @phennexion

CNL Stage 1 @corfityyc Masters 🏅
Had a blast with friends and ninja fam all weekend! Getting my competition legs back under me. This course was basic but you needed to have the basics dialed in and good fitness to finish in time. I was like one of 7 full clears thru all age groups for the whole weekend between all age groups. Gotta keep grinding though if I'm going to have a solid chance at world's podium next year!! by @phennexion

Finally podiumed age group Spartan (3/26), took me way too long lol. But this was a goal I've had for like 5 years, and running my ass off, all year, -25c days, so many -10c days, rainy days, amazingly nice days with awesome friends, so much damn running. It took alot more running than I thought it would, and I'm still slow. Lol.

My favorite part of red deer Spartan was just seeing all my OCR/Ninja friends there and having a blast. You really can't beat competition vibes with friends.

But I'll keep grinding, hopefully a first place someday!?

I love OCR, the vibes, the people, the challenge, everything. Montana spartan wasn't my best race, didn't do terrible, but win some lose some I guess. Everyone has up and down days and just gotta roll with it. Having fun with friends is the best part anyway.

I've always wanted to make a fitness competition that encompassed the whole athlete, strength, endurance, skill, agility, and grit. Last weekend 12 of us at @corfityyc competed in a pilot competition to see if it was possible and how we would organize it.

It was a blast! Being able to explore a new format that combine many modalities pushed us all to our limits and further. I'm excited to try this competition again, we just need some people as crazy as us to compete!

If we held another CORFIT Games, would you compete?! Just making through the weekend alone is a big challenge!!
