My mother is an extraordinary woman—strong, intelligent, beautiful, and deeply caring. She radiated joy and love, not only for our family but for everyone she encountered. She embodied selflessness, always ensuring everyone was okay and exceeding expectations by doing more than her part. She believed in “you get what you give” and cherished the blessings that came with her good deeds. One of her favorite stories to tell, was about her determination to bring me and my quadruplet siblings into this world. Despite doctors advising her to consider the risks and potentially reduce the number of births for safety, but the bold and strong woman that she was firmly said, “NO! There is a God.” She endured sleepless nights and nine months of pain, but on May 4th, 1998, she safely delivered all of us without complications. She always said, “No matter what you are facing in life, as long as you have God, you should not worry.” Matthew 19:26.
