Photo dump of the teacher training I lead this past weekend! Working with instructors and talking all things anatomy, mechanics, programming, etc. brings me SO much joy 🥰 This community was amazing and I loved guest teaching their mat pilates teaser class.
@beyogaburien @beyogarenton was so welcoming and I can’t wait to come back and checkout their new format! Shoutout to these amazing instructors for continuing to learn, develop and try new things ✨
