The process of creating our Carbon Fiber parts for the Nissan Z starts with

1. 3D scan to CAD Surfacing to CNC
2. Making the mold
3. Preparing the mold
4. Lay down the carbon fiber
5. Vacuum bag
6. Resin
7. Cure the Part
8. Trim excess carbon (CNC machine)
9. Separate part from the mold
10. Brackets
11. test Fit and Clear coat
