So excited to finally get to share this piece ✨ and healed!!
The all seeing water lilies and their friends 🪷 from my “flash”. Definitely one of my favorite pieces I’ve done as of late.

Thank you so much, Haley, for your trust and patience with breaking this up into three sessions. AND for driving back to NYC so I could take these photos after I didn’t get good ones the day we finished 🥲 you’re the best!! Large surreal style leg tattoo taken in Brooklyn, New York by @phiawalla

I can’t believe I’ve been tattooing for 6 years ✨ I thought it would be fun to share some of my progress so far.

If you’re new here, hello welcome, I’m Phia! I’m a tattoo artist in Brooklyn NYC. I’ve been completely obsessed with tattoos since I was a little kid and would tell anyone who’d listen about how I was going to be a tattoo artist when I grew up. I moved to the city with just 1 year of experience and have been living my dream (and working my ass off) ever since.

This industry can be grueling, but i love what i do. I get to make art on people’s skin! I get to meet so many kinds of people. I get to learn so much everyday, wether through my clients or my projects. I’ve gotten to tattoo in different states, different countries and travel the world. A little sappy, but through all of that I found myself and learned to be comfortable in my body and confident in who I am. And well, I just want to say thank you!! Thank you to my friends & family for supporting this journey, to my clients who trust me with their bodies and want to wear my art forever, to all the artists I’ve had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside, and even you humans who support me via this silly app.
I’m just so grateful and excited to continue learning and growing and see what I can do with another 6 years under my belt 🌱

A sweet little frog playing her guitar under elephant ears 🐸 I’ve been loving seeing other artists post videos of their drawings so I thought it would be fun to include that as well.

Thank you, Diana!
