OLYMPUS WEEK

All proceeds from Phi Psi Olympics Week will be donated to Variety – the Children’s Charity of Illinois to support children with disabilities.

TEAM INFO
• Each team consists of 2 RSOs
• $50 per team to enter the Olympics
• Your team competes throughout the week for philanthropy prizes:
🥇 1st — $1,000
🥈 2nd — $500
🥉 3rd — $200
4th — $100
🏆 MVP — $50
(All winnings go toward your organization’s philanthropy.)

MONDAY — Team Banner Competition
Co-partnered with ZTA. Each team will create a banner that MUST include:
• “Phi Psi”
• “Olympics”
• Both participating RSO names
There will be 4 ZTA judges + 5 Phi Psi judges.

WEDNESDAY — Quad Fest
Quad Fest will feature 20+ vintage clothing vendors, local businesses, a dunk tank, basketball setup, and Penny Wars. Each team will receive a bucket with their names on it, and points will be awarded based on the amount collected.

QUAD FEST — SINGLE-DAY VENDOR SIGN-UP
• Non-RSO vendors: $125
• RSO vendors: $35
This is a single-day vendor signup specifically for Quad Fest.

When your RSO signs up for the Olympics, you’ll also receive a referral code that people can use for a discounted Olympus ticket.

THURSDAY — Blood Drive + Clothing Drive
Co-partnered with ImpactLife and the Association of Latino Professionals for America. Every team member who donates blood earns points for their team.

The Thursday before Olympics Week, each chapter/RSO will receive a donation box for our clothing drive. You’ll have the week to fill it, and we’ll pick it up Thursday during Olympics Week. Teams will earn points based on the amount donated.

FRIDAY — Tug of War on the Quad
A tug-of-war tournament co-partnered with the Interfraternity Council and officiated by IFC representatives. Teams must have an equal number of members from each RSO.

SATURDAY — Dye Tournament
Sponsored by Dye Is Life and co-partnered with Fiji and Theta Chi. The block will be completely shut down for the tournament, with brackets TBD.
