We had a really wonderful time at our first Stand In The Light Unplugged event this past weekend! What a great way to celebrate six years of The Light Paper with so many of our freedom tribe. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant get together! Huge thanks also to the venue owner Paul and his staff, the fantastic workshop leaders, musicians, volunteers and stallholders. We absolutely love putting on these special SITL gatherings and have another Stand In The Night event planned for later in the year (I can't bring myself to mention the C-word just yet! 😆) - details to come soon! The horrors in the fruit and veg aisle… and eating “a rotting corpse” for the vegans 2.0… with a cameo from our boa constrictor.

A shorter version of the one I posted the other day for people who keep asking what they should eat then, but who clearly never watched to the end. Also, there are hundreds of videos on what is safe to eat on my YT channel. Look, I’m not militant… eat all that plant matter if you like, and not everyone needs to go fully carnivore, but if you have a chronic disease to reverse, it’s a good idea. Plants are not health foods, but fill your boots if you like them! Just know what to do if something goes wrong and don’t delay for years like I did to my very great cost.#carnivorediet #vegan #rawmeat by @phil_escott
