Two years ago, I never would have imagined I’d be posting a video of myself dancing Bachata 😂💃

The journey definitely hasn’t been a straight line.

I’ve stopped and started.
Nearly given up a few times.
Had some knock backs.
Had nights where I wondered if I was actually getting any better at all 😂

But I kept coming back.

And now I’m incredibly grateful I did.

Not just for learning to dance, but for the lessons, the friendships, the connection, the laughs and the people I’ve met along the way.

I’ve still got SO much to learn… and that’s actually what excites me most. 🔥

It’s reminded me of something that applies to pretty much everything in life…

If you fall off the horse…..who cares?

Get back on.

Ask for help. Take another lesson. Look stupid for a while. Laugh at yourself. Do whatever it takes.

Just don’t quit because you’re not good at something… yet.

Sometimes the things that challenge us the most end up becoming the things we’re most grateful we started.

And I’m only getting started 💃🔥 by @phil_hewetson

I want to share something with you. 🌅

For a while now I’ve been The Trauma to Triumph Coach, helping driven men move through their past and step into unshakable confidence. That work mattered, and I don’t regret a day of it.
But somewhere along the way, the truth got louder than the title.

The women I was quietly working with, executives, founders, clinic owners, high-achievers who look like they’ve got it all together, kept showing me the same pattern. Successful on the outside. Running on stress hormones and sheer will on the inside. Capable, respected, exhausted, and rarely ever asked how she’s actually doing underneath the achievement.

That’s the work that’s been pulling at me. Not because the men’s work was wrong, because this is where my attention, my energy, and honestly my own story keeps landing. 🎯

So here’s the shift, plainly: I’ll still work with men when it’s the right fit, that work will always matter to me. But my focus from here is high-achieving women, helping them regulate their nervous system, come out of survival mode, and reconnect to the parts of themselves that success alone could never give back. 💫

New content is coming. Same guy, same directness, same no-fluff approach, just pointed at the people I’m actually built to help right now.

If you’re a driven woman who’s tired of holding it all together and ready for her outer life to finally match how she feels on the inside, stay close. This is for you. 🙏
More soon.

Most of us spend our lives disconnected… rubber-soled shoes, concrete floors, offices, cars.

This morning I chose something different.

Bare feet. Wet sand. Ocean air. Presence.

🌍 Grounding (or “earthing”) is simply making direct skin contact with the Earth. While research is still evolving, several studies suggest it may help:

✅ Support nervous system regulation
✅ Reduce stress and promote relaxation
✅ Improve sleep quality
✅ Improve blood flow
✅ Help regulate inflammation and recovery

Will it solve all your problems? No.

But here’s something I believe…

Nature has been healing humans for a lot longer than pharmaceuticals have existed.

Sometimes the best biohack isn’t another supplement…

It’s taking your shoes off. 🌿

Today, give yourself 10-20 minutes.
No phone.
No podcast.
Just you, your breath, and the Earth beneath your feet.

Your nervous system might thank you. 🙏

📚 Research:
• Chevalier et al. (2015) – Journal of Inflammation Research (grounding and inflammation/wound healing)
• Menigoz et al. (2020) – Explore (review of grounding research)
• Ober et al. (2023) – Biomedical Journal (grounding and inflammation review)

Have you ever tried grounding? What did you notice? 👇 by @phil_hewetson

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums out there ❤️

Today reminded me of something simple but powerful. I was sitting on the beach when a dog I’d never met wandered over just to sit beside me for a while. No agenda. No judgement. Just presence, warmth and unconditional love 🐾

Dogs have this beautiful way of showing us what love looks like in its purest form… and honestly, so do mothers.

I was blessed with a mum who loved me through every stage of life…..including the years where I probably tested her patience more than she deserved 😅 Through all the mistakes, lessons, chaos and growing pains, she was always there. Always approachable. Always caring. Always loving.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realised how rare and valuable that kind of steady love really is. Mum, I’ll never be able to fully repay what you gave me, but I will always be grateful for it ❤️

To every mother today……whether you’re raising children, supporting a family, missing someone, struggling quietly, or simply doing your best……thank you. The world needs more of your strength, softness, patience and heart.

I hope today you feel appreciated, loved and reminded that what you do matters more than you probably realise 🌸

Sending love to all the mums today by @phil_hewetson

Try this tomorrow and see what happens! Don’t stare at the sun, just get natural light in your eyes, no sunglasses, step outside.

This isn’t motivation. This is biology.

☀️ Sets your body clock
Aligns sleep, energy, hormones

😌 Boosts serotonin
Better mood. Less anxiety

😴 Improves sleep tonight
More melatonin later

⚡ Natural energy boost
No caffeine crash

👁️ Supports eye health
Linked to lower myopia risk
